Interact with the DoubleZero community via Discord, Slack, and Telegram. Follow internal guidance on solving user’s technical questions, as well as interact with non-technical users. Respond to questions from DoubleZero community members clearly and thoughtfully; escalate product issues to the rest of the team when needed.
