As Senior Security Architect & Cyber Lead, you will be responsible for shaping and safeguarding the digital future of WCG across Canada and the US. We are seeking a seasoned security professional to lead and scale our Security Operations Center. As the SOC manager, you will establish and refine SOC processes, mentor and grow a team of analysts, and serve as the primary point of contact for all incident response and security monitoring activities. You will partner with engineering, IT, and executive leadership to align our security operations with business objectives, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and continuously improve our detection, investigation, and response capabilities.
Serve as a lead, perform security control assessment planning and execution, and assess all layers of the technology. Interface with federal employees and contractors, presenting security control assessment status reports and findings to the client. The position requires hands-on technical experience.
