Maintain a systems-level understanding of our global, large-scale technology infrastructure and lead technical controls advisory for engineering, security, IT and beyond, ensuring our security posture is audit-ready and globally compliant, across all products and regions.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Engineering Manager to lead the next evolution of our security function, taking us beyond foundational protections and into mature, enterprise-grade resilience. You’ll take ownership of security engineering while helping shape broader business risk, privacy, and IT management strategies across a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Reporting to the Managing Director, the Director, Cybersecurity is accountable for managing teams to the successful delivery of client projects while collaborating on the strategic direction and vision of the region and company. Oversee client engagements for the practice including ensuring timeliness and quality of deliverables. Develop and maintain standardized processes.

Champion enterprise-level compliance initiatives and embed regulatory excellence across our operations. Lead the development and execution of scalable compliance programs that align with business goals, regulatory obligations, and audit requirements. Play a critical role in supporting PCI (DSS, PIN, P2PE, MPoC), and SOC 2 initiatives while cultivating a culture of proactive compliance and risk management.
