T enable is looking for a Staff Research Engineer to join the security research team to lead the research of disclosed vulnerabilities. This position involves developing advanced checks/plugins to detect these vulnerabilities and leading cross-team collaborative strategic initiatives across Tenable. The role involves significant interfacing with stakeholders.

The Threat Research team focuses on understanding relevant threats and techniques used in malware that are threatening our customer’s business. The Threat Analyst will validate if those threats are something Falcon can mount an effective defense against. This role requires clear communication of technical details and prioritizing automation tasks.

Conduct in-depth technical analysis of modern and adaptive adversary tactics, Windows internals, and operating system telemetry sources, enabling the development of relevant tests and effective detections within Prelude’s products. Specialize in one or more areas crucial to Prelude's research. Deliver high-quality research and foster collaboration.
