The Senior Analyst will support regional information security, operational resilience, and business continuity initiatives, ensuring compliance with European regulatory requirements such as DORA and MiCA. This role is vital in maintaining continuity across critical functions and enhancing Payward’s regional security governance. The Senior Analyst will execute day-to-day operational and analytical activities such as risk assessments, BIAs, control validation, and regulatory reporting support.

Seeking a Security Compliance Engineer with DevOps experience to enhance our Engineering team, combining security, compliance, and DevOps to ensure our technology infrastructure is secure, compliant, and efficiently managed. The ideal candidate will be adept at using cloud technologies, particularly AWS, and have experience with infrastructure as code, specifically Terraform.

This leader will report to the CTO and will work closely with the wider management team to build and manage world-class security controls, providing a reliable and effective security foundation and IT capability that serves the customers, shareholders, and business operations of the company.
