This position is for a Quantitative Researcher with Machine Learning experience. You will work in a collaborative team to deliver significant contributions through data-driven insights and by providing high-quality research tools. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing our python data science tools and frameworks, conduct alpha research, identify new trading opportunities, and monitor models in production.

You will organize and enrich large, diverse datasets, build and productionize decision-support tools used daily by BRAIN consultants, and fast-track the adoption of new technologies. Spend a portion of your time on exploratory research and prototyping of next-generation analytics so the team keeps pushing boundaries.
You will contribute to the development of an intelligent research and knowledge reasoning platform powered by state-of-the-art AI and large language models, transforming how knowledge is extracted, synthesized, and reasoned over at scale. You’ll work on complex backend systems, integrate retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, and collaborate closely with AI researchers, platform engineers, and product stakeholders to build scalable, secure, and efficient services.
