As the Director of Data Science and Analytics, you will build and lead a world-class Data and Product Analytics Team to ensure Headway is a data-first company. You will partner with business leads and key stakeholders to ensure that Headway is set up to make great decisions with reliable data.

The Data Engineer will assist in our data modernization and optimization efforts by delivering data warehouse, business intelligence, and operational data solutions. The Data Engineer is responsible for developing data integration and ETL processes and works closely with end users and IT development staff.

Lead a team of product managers, driving impactful products that help companies engage their employees and customers in meaningful ways. Manage data and analytics platform products throughout the entire product development lifecycle, from discovery and experimentation to launch. The role requires a strong background in data science and AI product lifecycles.

This role partners with internal stakeholders across including Customer Experience & GTM, as well as our business partners to identify, address, and support business needs using a data-driven approach. You will deliver reporting solutions as well as ad-hoc analyses that provide recommendations for operational improvements across customer success and meet customer needs.
