Transform data into analysis-ready formats to empower both candidates and internal teams to make impactful, data-driven decisions. You will design, build and maintain dbt data models that power candidate tools and internal analytics. The Analytics Engineer will report directly to the Chief Technology Officer in this remote, full-time position.

The Data Engineer will service existing products with enhancements, bug fixes and updates while also creating new analytics products at the request of the PO. The role operates in an Agile environment that continuously deploys code and requires a solid understanding of the full software lifecycle.
