The Workforce Planning team is seeking a Senior Analytics lead to support call volume forecasting within our Service organization. This role will own long term forecasts for multiple call centers and consult on short term and partner volume forecasts, including understanding call volume drivers, such as policy sales/retention, telephony routing, eService/self service options, and underwriting/pricing changes. This role will create forecasts and review forecasts created by junior/contracted analysts and will own explaining those forecasts to service stakeholders.

The Senior/Principal R Programmer Consultant will utilize advanced expertise in SAS, R, and Power BI to support clinical trial data analysis, reporting, and visualization. In this role, you will lead programming activities across multiple studies, ensuring high-quality and regulatory-compliant deliverables while enabling data-driven insights through interactive visualizations.

Responsible for the application of biostatistical methods to support clinical trials and data management, including statistical planning, design, analysis, and reporting throughout the project life cycle in accordance with project, organizational and regulatory standards. Act as subject matter expert, providing statistical support to project teams, quality/study auditors, and external stakeholders. Lead and develop a group of statisticians and SAS Programmers.
