The individual will work on high priority initiatives, ensuring that Wealthsimple's product strategy is grounded in data analytics, including analysising user behaviour, developing experiments, applying causal inference methods and using machine learning algorithms to segment users and personalize product experiences. They will also maintain core data models and pipelines.

Design machine learning systems, research and implement appropriate ML algorithms, applications and tools, select appropriate datasets and data representation methods, and perform statistical analysis and fine-tuning using test results.
