As a Quant UX Researcher on the EarnIn Product team, you will define and measure how our customers are making use of EarnIn’s financial services platform and discover important unmet financial needs Earnin might serve in the future through large-scale conversations using tools like surveys. You will scope and define new analysis and outcomes to inform product development.

This role expands and enhances Sift’s suite of reporting tools, maintaining client-facing and internal dashboards while designing new ones focusing on user experience. You will organize data in user-friendly formats, provide ad hoc analysis, and deliver key metrics for Sift's clients and partners. We are looking for a candidate with 3+ years of experience in an analyst or business intelligence role.
