We are searching for an engineer focused on our DevOps, infrastructure, reliability, and tooling. This is a DevOps position, you'll be part of a team focused on building and maintaining an enterprise-level, cloud infrastructure for microservices, and cloud-native applications running on Kubernetes. The person who joins our team will be encouraged and empowered to influence new solutions that will keep our technology running smoothly.

Looking for a Site Reliability Engineer who can build, scale, maintain, and monitor highly available, secure, and cost-efficient cloud platforms and Kubernetes workloads with a strong focus on reliability engineering practices. Own production readiness and operational excellence across infrastructure and delivery tooling. Ensure performance, uptime, and scalability while maintaining high standards of code quality and thoughtful design.

You will play an essential role in building, maintaining, and improving the infrastructure that supports our growing suite of products. You’ll work closely with software engineers to ensure our systems are scalable, reliable, and secure, while driving continuous improvement in our deployment and monitoring processes. You’ll be part of a collaborative and fast-paced environment where you’ll automate workflows, optimize CI/CD pipelines, and contribute to the stability and performance of our cloud infrastructure.

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you’ll accelerate the development team using your talents to empower your fellow teammates. You will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and efficient infrastructure solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of DevOps principles, automation, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native architectures, as well as a proven ability to collaborate across teams.

A Developer Relations Engineer is a technical expert, strategist, and communicator with deep empathy for developers. This role combines practical engineering skills with firm diplomacy across organizational boundaries. The engineer solves problems, invents, understands needs, and adapts tools. They stay current with tech trends and provide insights while fostering innovation.

As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will be part of a team building and maintaining NielsenIQ’s retail infrastructure in a scalable, automated, reliable and efficient manner. You will develop internal tooling for automating the deployment of infrastructure, work with development and operations teams, and research and implement automated improvements.
