The CI Experience squad owns the client continuous integration (CI) infrastructure at Spotify. Improve build reliability, performance, and observability across client codebases. Contribute to the technical roadmap for CI systems, defining standards for build and integration practices.

As a Software Engineer on the Supercomputing Platforms and Infrastructure team, you will build the next generation systems that power large scale AI research and deployment. You will focus on sandboxed execution environments, distributed systems orchestration, and performance optimized compute workflows. You will work closely with ML and Research teams and infrastructure teams to deliver both high throughput, scale, and strong isolation guarantees in a cluster environment.

This role may be remote or hybrid. The organization encompasses Site Health and Operations, Embedded Infrastructure SRE (supporting Data Infrastructure and Data/AI Platform partners), and Data Automation. As a Principal Staff Software Engineer, you will serve as a key technical leader and role model within the Infra SRE organization, driving the development of scalable and reliable infrastructure operations solutions powered by AI/ML. Strong leadership skills are essential for success in this role.
