The Role:
- Build and lead processes to improve the reliability, availability, scalability, and performance of ClickHouse.
- Own engineering escalation management, incident response, and blameless post-mortems.
What You'll Do:
- Continuously improve core reliability through metrics, alerts, and root cause analysis.
- Drive chaos initiatives and manage on-call processes to minimize customer impact.
About You:
- Have 5+ years in reliability engineering, QA, or customer-facing engineering.
- Possess experience with SQL databases, scripting, and cloud platforms.
