About the role:
- Grafana Cloud runs Mimir, Loki, Tempo, and Pyroscope as multi-tenant SaaS databases.
- You'll write production code and automation to keep these reliable at scale, and be on call for top SLA customers.
What You'll Do:
- Build reliability, lead technical design, and own the SLO framework.
- Improve observability, handle incidents, and mentor engineers.
What We're Looking For:
- 8+ years building distributed systems, with Kubernetes and SLO expertise.
- Staff-level leadership, calm incident response, and Linux knowledge.
