The Manager, CRM will be the day-to-day owner of the Seller CRM program, setting up cross-channel campaigns in thoughtful, strategic ways and reporting on end-to-end business results. This role involves managing seller messaging for owned channels, understanding seller motivations, and partnering with various teams to drive seller engagement, conversion, and retention.

The SEM Manager will oversee the health and growth of Equip’s paid search marketing (SEM). They will conduct research and testing of the channel, and analyze and report on performance. The SEM Manager must have a strong background in SEM, analytical skills, and an ability to balance competing priorities.
