The Credits Lead will be responsible for reviewing healthcare claim overpayments with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and resolving financial discrepancies. We are looking for a Credits Lead to help us establish the Commercial and Government Overpayments vertical of Grow Therapy, and who will work on overpayment validation projects with the RCM Team. You’ll be part of a remote-friendly team reporting directly to the Insurance Operations Department.

We’re looking for a bold, strategic leader to serve as our Vice President of Revenue Cycle, guiding our billing, coding, and collections functions to deliver best-in-class results. Reporting directly to the CFO, you'll architect and execute a revenue cycle strategy that ensures we not only meet but exceed financial and operational goals. You’ll lead a high-performing team of coders and billing specialists, build scalable systems and processes.
