This is a remote part-time position with evening and night shift hours. Schedules and reassigns staff to ensure the most qualified, cost-efficient staff are matched to the current needs. Communicates regularly with unit-based leadership and staffing colleagues to discuss resources needed and opportunities for colleague reassignment.
