As the Production Engineer at Don Construction Products (DCP) in KSA, this role is responsible for overseeing the entire production process and planning activities. The primary objective is to maximize production output while ensuring high-quality standards and efficient resource utilization and will play a key role in aligning production capabilities with customer demand and operational goals.

Lead a cross-functional team to enhance the modular design to drive down total installed cost, improve schedule, and ensure product competitiveness objectives are achieved. Provide leadership and strategic direction to scope, design, and deliver modularization of the BWRX-300 power block to reduce total installed cost; design civil/structural and equipment modules, support the global supply-chain strategy, and communicate with partners & customers.

Apogee Therapeutics is seeking an Associate Director, Device Development to join the Technical Operations team to provide technical leadership in developing first class patient-centric biologic/device combination products for Apogee’s programs. Products include prefilled syringes with needle safety device and autoinjectors. As a technical leader in an emerging company relying on a fully outsourced supply chain, the Associate Director, Device Development will act as a subject matter expert (SME) in biologic/device combination product design and development, technology transfer, and cGMP manufacturing oversight.
