• Lead Design for Excellence (DFx) and champion DFx principles by engaging in design reviews.
• Take ownership of factory and line readiness for new product programs, managing activities from development to mass production.
• Drive the development and implementation of Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) for product introductions and process improvements.

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the successful delivery of projects from conception to completion. This includes full accountability for project scope, timelines, resources, and budgets, while ensuring alignment with customer-specific requirements for equipment installation (DIP) and related activities. This position requires experience in the manufacturing/warehousing industries as this will oversee conveyance and racking system installations.

The Senior Production Planner is responsible for managing all production planning activities needed to meet early to late phase clinical and process development manufacturing requirements, coordinating and improving the production planning function through the implementation of planning best practices and active participation in the development of an ERP system.

In this role, you will contribute to strengthening engineering performance by driving continuous improvement, managing risks, and supporting operational excellence across key processes. You will collaborate with multiple technical and project teams to optimize methods, improve quality, and ensure consistent performance practices. The position also requires coordinating cross-functional initiatives, developing visual management tools, and supporting subcontracting management standards.

In this role, you will deliver customer service that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention, and increases profitability by providing timely service and support for all Bioprocess products and accessories. You will perform installation, start-up, repairs, calibrations, operator training and maintenance on all Bioprocess products, acting as the primary liaison between all North America customers and colleagues regarding service, parts and support for these products.

Works directly with stakeholders in Distribution, IT, and other SanMar business areas to implement new projects and execute continuous improvements in SanMar's distribution facing systems and processes. Acts as a subject matter expert for SanMar distribution systems, including HighJump WMS, Proship Parcel Management; voice, RF and scanning hardware, print and bagging hardware and media, automations (goods-to-person), and 3rd party solutions.

Perform a range of activities required to enable the client to successfully implement and utilize QAD applications. Work independently or may lead other consultants on smaller projects. Usually executes activities decided by others without need of supervision. Implement mainly QAD ERP Manufacturing related modules but also other QAD solutions related to ERP like Production Execution or Automated Solutions.

This role is responsible for creating efficient manufacturing processes across different product categories from idea framing, visioning, through product design, and launch into successful mass production. As a CMF consultant, you will support ongoing supplier audits for new technology and cost evaluation on existing technology.

Lead all aspects of packaging process development, qualification, validation, launch readiness, and commercial supply for Loyal’s small molecule, oral solid dosage (OSD) products. This role is responsible for packaging operations across the entire product lifecycle — from development through commercial execution — and will drive CDMO selection and management, packaging process development, packaging line readiness, and packaging validation (IQ/OQ/PQ). You will ensure that Loyal’s packaging systems are robust, compliant, and ready to support product launch and ongoing commercial supply.
