As an integral member of the Learning & Development team, the Learning Architect develops strong working business unit relationships working collaboratively with partners to support their marketing and business strategies via effective learning program development. This involves building engaging distance and in-person learning programs for the field sales professionals, developing instructionally sound learning content, and coordinating workshop sessions.
In this role, you'll design and produce multimedia-rich e-learning content enabling operators and leaders to learn quickly, retain knowledge, and apply it effectively. You will translate business needs into learner-centric instructional design, build interactive e-learning modules, and develop multimedia content. Partner with SMEs and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment with operational priorities and continuously improve existing content.
Develop and deliver training across modalities, collaborate with stakeholders, identify training needs through data, and support product enhancements; apply expertise to improve training plans, design and execute programs, and lead technology-enabled solutions.
