One will be responsible for maintaining and growing underwriting authority, build submissions for new and existing policies, and contribute to exceptional customer experience.

Rula is seeking an experienced Insurance Specialist to join our Financial Operations team to oversee quality assurance of our verification of benefits program and help patients understand their benefits and access affordable care. This person will be responsible for verifying patients’ benefits, addressing patient questions, and completing quality assurance.

As a member of the Strategy & Operations Department, you'll be a junior-level professional reporting to the Business Lead, Insurance, Strategy & Operations, supporting the leadership team in executing strategic priorities, grow internal insurance programs, optimize online questionnaires, and improve broker and underwriting effectiveness. You'll focus on insurance offerings with moderate complexities, supporting the company in reaching its Growth Written Premium targets.
