Coordinate and track deliverables for ICAM Projects, working closely with ICAM Integration Managers and Integration Teams. Schedule and lead project meetings, publish agendas and notes, and follow up on action items. Monitor project timelines, risks, and dependencies using tools like JIRA, or the Microsoft Tools suite. Assist with the documentation of IAM policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process flows. Support audit and compliance requests related to identity governance and access controls.
