The Associate Technical Consultant will deliver high quality software implementation support to Flintfox customers, working alongside senior team members to deliver custom solutions and ensure software customizations align with customer requirements. The jobholder will also support the investigation and remediation of issues raised by clients, driving a positive customer experience.

Once you become an expert on the Neara platform, you will get heavily involved in key projects that will drive actionable insights for our clients. Strong collaboration with the Head of Delivery will ensure project quality and timely delivery. Improve and automate our processes along the way. Configuring projects, and ensuring the integration of our system for utility/geospatial clients.
