This Principal Workflow Architect is a functional and technical expert consulting with customers on implementing ServiceNow's Technology Workflow solutions based on leading practices – all with the goal of accelerating and driving customer business outcomes. The role requires laser-focus on solving for the most relevant customer challenges, providing support during sales cycles, on direct engagements with Customers and Partners, and advocating for customer needs within ServiceNow.

Provide technical and workflow implementation services for Radiology Healthcare IT solutions. In this client-facing role, you'll configure, test, and ensure the Intelerad solutions are operational. Work closely with project management and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and ensure the effective use of PACS and HL7 interfaces to improve patient care.
