Develop and drive Coinbase’s consumer litigation strategy. Manage and run all aspects of consumer arbitration matters, including discovery, fact development, witness preparation, depositions, hearings, motion practice, and arbitration trials. Identify and manage litigation risk and counsel the business to minimize exposure.
Reach Financial is seeking a highly motivated Associate Counsel with at least 3 years of experience, ideally in a law firm setting and strong litigation skills. The ideal candidate will transition to an in-house legal role supporting a fast-paced financial services company, managing litigation and arbitration matters with a focus on consumer claims, conducting legal research and drafting documents, and reviewing commercial agreements.
