Dedicated paralegal needed with experience in plaintiff-side employment law to join legal team. Will manage a high-volume intake process, evaluate cases, and secure client retention through communication and organization. Will be well-versed in filing with state civil rights departments, the EEOC, and federal and state courts, as well as docketing/calendaring.
