• Reviews Federal Government solicitations to identify risks, identify incorrect/inappropriate FAR, DFARS and agency clauses, draft questions for submittal and prepare solicitation brief.
• Reviews and negotiates prime contracts, prime contract modifications, and related prime contract matters. Advises internal operations teams and/or assigned attorney regarding prime contract terms and conditions and related matters.
• Assists Project Manager in preparation of modification proposals, Requests for Equitable Adjustment and claims – including time impact analysis and review of cost and pricing data.
