• Own Zscaler's CLM tools, including workflow design, template management, repository hygiene, reporting, integrations, and ongoing optimization.
• Build, test, and improve workflows that support the full contract lifecycle from intake through execution, repository management, and renewal.
• Implement and iterate on AI-powered solutions for contract review, clause extraction, risk flagging, and knowledge management.

• Review, organize, and track commercial contracts through their full lifecycle, including intake, redline coordination, execution, and storage.
• Prepare and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and summaries for internal stakeholders and outside counsel.
• Assist with due diligence, research, and documentation for corporate transactions and compliance initiatives.
