As Legal Operations Manager, you will be a crucial contributor to Legal’s support of the business at Apollo, helping to develop and operationalize key processes and systems. Collaboration will be a key part of your day-to-day job as you work to find efficiency wins in how we operate at scale. You will drive systems for legal team tracking, ensure agreements are executed in accordance with policies and assist with billing matters.

Review onboarding applications for Institutional and VIP Clients, ensuring compliance with global and jurisdictional regulatory standards (APAC, MENA, EU, LATAM). Collaborate with VIP sales managers to clearly articulate complex compliance requirements to clients. Work with various compliance teams to identify and improve policy and process areas. Partner with product teams to enhance front-end UI/UX and optimize back-end system efficiency. Create Business Request Documents (BRDs) to document improvements and initiate projects.
