The Client Intake/Vetting Virtual Assistant will be the first point of contact with prospective clients, will screen leads, and will be responsible for obtaining case details that will allow the firm to determine if a case should be retained. This position must be staffed by an individual who is business development oriented and works well with people. You will ensure operational excellence and handle a large volume of incoming client calls.
