This partnership forms part of a broader multi-country filing program focused on optimizing quality, cost, and compliance in global IP processes. Handle national phase entry and validation of PCT applications in Thailand. Collaborate with international legal teams to ensure timely and accurate submissions to the Department of Intellectual Property (DIP), Thailand. Provide local representation and expert insight into DIP procedural and documentation requirements. Offer guidance on timelines, formalities, and updates related to Thai patent prosecution and filings. Participate in rate discussions and provide transparent pricing (hourly, task-based, or based on official fee structure, as applicable).
