O-I is seeking a dynamic and experienced Legal Counsel to join our global legal team. This role is ideal for an attorney with 3–8 years of experience and a strong background in SEC reporting, corporate governance, and capital markets transactions. You will serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, ensuring compliance with securities laws, managing public company obligations, and supporting high-impact financial transactions.

You can expect to have a crucial responsibility in leading the legal and governance framework for TaskUs. Your priority is to advise the leadership team and Board of Directors on corporate governance, SEC reporting, and shareholder matters, ensuring compliance with all securities and corporate regulations. You will be expected to think and act both strategically and tactically in support of the Company, providing business-focused advice.
