You’ll manage container movements from ocean to dray delivery, ensuring on-time, cost-efficient performance. This role drives process consistency through SOPs, rapid exception resolution, and strong communication with carriers, dray providers, and warehouses. You’ll verify documentation, negotiate carrier rates, and partner cross-functionally to resolve delivery issues.
