At Fi, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our products are always available for our customers while optimizing supply chain operations. You’ll work on high-impact supply planning, supplier coordination, logistics, and operational execution - helping us shape the future of connected pet technology.

You will be responsible for executing and managing system transactions related to product returns, RMAs (Return Merchandise Authorizations), and inventory reconciliation. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate processing of returns, maintaining data integrity, and supporting seamless reverse logistics operations. This role requires strong attention to detail and proficiency in ERP/WMS systems.
