Our client, a leader in financial services, needs a Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Specialist to manage and improve automated marketing journeys, especially email and WhatsApp. This role focuses on technical setup, automation, and data use, helping to build, manage, and optimize customer journeys, while working with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations.

The Marketing team is seeking a research and analytics-focused intern passionate about emerging technologies, especially AI. In this role, you’ll explore how marketing data, automation, and generative tools can drive better decision-making and more scalable content production. This is a full-time, 10-week position starting June 2nd, 2024.
