Collaborate closely with the Growth team to help define acquisition and retention targets, working closely across Regional and Global levels to optimize efficiency and help ensure the quality of execution. Shape and implement strategic initiatives that drive Airalo's growth and act as a key partner to the Growth leadership team, leveraging data-driven insights to inform planning, improve operational efficiency, and unlock growth opportunities.

You will lead the development of data driven solutions for clients, including report automation, analysis, and insight, with the objective of optimizing the performance of brand-focused and above-the-line media plans. You will work together with a broader team to manage data and insight delivery processes, promote innovation, and ensure team success.

Build, analyze, and report on marketing data to influence decision-making and enhance the effectiveness of demand generation, attribution, and pipeline growth strategies. Lead the development of marketing forecasting models and predictive modeling for pipeline generation, leveraging data to drive business outcomes. This role requires a data-driven mindset and expertise in B2B SaaS marketing analytics.
