Work as a federal contractor to the BIA, providing leadership and oversight of large, complex design and construction projects from conceptual planning through construction and occupancy. Monitor progress and provide regular project status reports to DFMC officials and IA stakeholders. Serve as a technical authority on project scoping, cost estimating, scheduling, risk mitigation, and contractor performance.

The Director of Estimating leads the estimating function for utility-scale solar, wind, and energy storage projects, ensuring the delivery of accurate, timely, and competitive cost estimates that drive successful project budgets and execution in the renewables sector.
