• Ownership of PM standards, task lists, schedules, and documentation, define PM scopes, frequencies, and acceptance criteria.
• Enforce Thermal Works safety, conduct, and quality standards, ensure consistent documentation, reporting, and close-out.
• Coordinate with corrective maintenance teams when deficiencies are identified during PMs, ensure PM records support warranty compliance and claim defense.

• Serve as the primary engineering lead for Thermal Works in Europe, functioning as an extension of the U.S. engineering team.
• Lead data center design development for EU clients, ensuring alignment with technical requirements and regulations.
• Act as a senior technical liaison for EU customers, providing engineering guidance and troubleshooting expertise.
