The Clinical Supervisor will manage a group of clinicians, including training and auditing to ensure services align with best practices. The supervisor will assist the Clinical Director in managing and developing clinical staff, facilitate weekly group treatment, maintain a caseload, and communicate with clients, staff, families, and referents. Responsibilities include crisis management, relationship development, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Manage an individual caseload of a minimum of 20-24 attended client sessions per week. Provide weekly supervision and support supervisees in facilitating and documenting assessments and referrals. Assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of mental health conditions through individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy that is evidence-based and clinically appropriate.
