The Behavioral Health Care Manager is the primary point of contact for patients who are enrolled with April Health, responsible for coordinating the patient’s care with the primary care clinician and consulting psychiatrist, tracking the patient’s symptoms with validated measurement tools, and directly meeting with the patient to deliver evidence-based treatments.

Provide mental health tele-consultations to members. The ideal candidate will provide confidential virtual consultations and mental health assessments for members. Deliver brief interventions or first-line support for stress, anxiety, and other common psychological concerns.
