As a remote First Cook you will be responsible for proper and timely preparation of meals including, but not limited to, food service, food safety and supervision of kitchen staff. This is a rotational position working 14 days on, 14 days off in a remote camp site. Coordinate and be responsible for the handling, preparation, production, and timely service of meals in accordance with approved methods and standards.

The role requires some flexibility as you'll cook meals for teams arriving early or late, paid hourly from the first meal cooked until the last person is served. Based in Gillam Manitoba, you'll have your own room, laundry facilities, and access to internet/Wi-Fi, with daily check-ins with management.
