We are seeking a strategic and technically adept Technical Alliances & Program Manager to lead cross-functional technical initiatives while managing key external technology partnerships. This hybrid role requires a unique blend of partner relationship management, technical project oversight, and cross-functional coordination.

As a Product Partner Manager, you will work with partners in the restaurant technology ecosystem that are integrated into ChowNow via our APIs. You will manage a portfolio of our most strategic product partners to enhance the relationship and surface new opportunities to grow revenue. This crucial role drives business planning, and executing of programs and initiatives and works cross-functionally to support sales forecasting and planning.

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of Partnerships to lead the development, expansion, and execution of Athennian’s global partner ecosystem. This role blends operational excellence with client-facing relationship management. You’ll work across teams and directly with external partners to unlock and scale opportunities--particularly with enterprise legal technology providers and other strategic organizations.
