As a Clinical Pharmacist Specialist, you will be a registered pharmacist who assumes responsibility and accountability for the provision of safe, effective, and prompt medication therapy. The pharmacist will work alongside world-renowned providers and rotate through Hyde Park or Burr Ridge for one week every 4 to 6 weeks and work from home the remainder of the weeks (subject to change). This position supports specialty pharmacy clinical and operational tasks.
