The Pharmacy Communication Technician (PCT) helps the Pharmacist by updating patient information. The PCT must be detailed oriented to keep prescription and patient information on the platforms. Receives inbound calls from providers and patients and answers questions. Forwards calls to the appropriate departments and inputs information about patient prescriptions.
