This includes, but is not limited to, coaching and mentoring for a designated number of medical level professionals (MSLs) in a therapeutic region.

As part of the Global Coding Team (GCT), ensures accurate and consistent coding of medical data, including but not limited to, adverse events and medication data received from global clinical trials across all therapeutic areas. Primary coding resource for assigned studies and serves as subject matter expert to study team members and other key stakeholders. Ability to accurately code clinical trial data using MedDRA and WHODrug in accordance with company conventions.

The Regional Director of Medical Science Liaisons (RDM) is a field-based, non-promotional medical and scientific leadership role responsible for developing and executing an impact-driven medical strategy to improve patient care. The position requires proactive decision-making, leading initiatives, cross-functional collaboration, and alignment with key stakeholders. The RDM drives execution of medical strategies and cultivates a high-performing team culture.

This position reports into the Office of the PST (part of Strategic Operations) in the Pharmacovigilance and Patient Safety, Epidemiology & R&D Quality Assurance (PSEQ) organization.
