An experienced Program Manager is needed to lead the rollout of our next-generation fare payments app to over 60 transit agencies over the next 12 months, leading the migration from our existing solution to a new platform-ensuring a smooth, timely, and well-organized delivery. In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, put supportive governance frameworks in place, and ensure open, consistent communication throughout the migration process.

As a team member, you will conduct Agile practices and rites with the team. Be responsible for spearheading communication with the Client and ensuring the team is focused on achieving client needs and goals. The Scrum Master will structure and conduct Sprints with CI&T teams and the Client while working in high-performance agile teams within international contracts.
