The Director, Product Management will partner with internal teams and operational leaders to design and build an infrastructure that will support day-to-day operations of the company as a means to meet client needs and drive customer value, helping to combine people, processes and technology to strengthen the company’s effectiveness.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager with solid experience in the Acquiring and Payments industry, and a proven professional track record of more than 10 years in the IT sector. The selected person will be responsible for leading the complete product life cycle, from the discovery phase to implementation, working closely with multiple development teams, business stakeholders and technical areas.

The Syndigo Product Owner's mission is to understand user's needs and how those needs fit into the overall vision for each product or feature. They will be responsible for the end-to-end process related to his or her features, including: developing functional and non-functional business requirements, collaborating with engineering to build features according to business needs, training internal and external stakeholders on new product functionality, and functioning as the product/technical lead during sales cycles.
