As a Technical Product Specialist, you will be the bridge between our product, our customers, and our internal teams. You will use your knowledge to optimize configurations and ensure seamless customer experiences. You'll work closely with the customer success, data, product manager and sales teams to understand customer needs, translate them into actionable product changes, and provide higher tier technical assistance to the rest of the team.
