This role owns the strategy and execution of Luma Health’s Workflow Builder & Gallery—the no-code engine and template library that lets customers create care workflows fast, without tedious EHR configuration. You’ll define how users use triggers to enroll patients, add conditional logic, use actions to guide patients across channels, string together agentic AI with human-in-the-loop guardrails, and more.

This role is within our team that owns the strategy and execution of Luma Health’s Patient Communications portfolio—Reminders & Recalls, Navigator (AI Agent), and Broadcast—to reduce no-shows, reactivate care, and deliver compliant two-way messaging at scale.
