As a QA Software Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of our payments platform. You’ll be responsible for designing and executing test strategies, automating tests, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software that meets customer and regulatory requirements.

Using conventional and emerging concepts, tools and methodologies, work in collaboration with the Quality Engineering Services (QES) and Agile teams, to provide quality engineering and testing activities as a member of our FHIR Agile team. Execute system integration testing, design and execute test cases, developing, executing & maintaining automation test scripts and work under guidance to understand business requirements and expectations.

This role involves creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test results to verify that software releases meet user requirements and are defect-free. The QA Analyst will collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to ensure that software systems perform as expected and adhere to business and technical requirements.

Work closely with team members (Developers, Product Managers) to develop, test and deliver high quality products. Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured Automation test plans and test cases. Prevent, analyse and track product defects, performing root cause analysis. Hands-on Automation & slight Manual investigation and reproduction of functional Backend software issues. Investigatory testing of unreleased features including defining requirements, behavior and impact.
